Terms of Service

Parameters of Engagement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ProximaLink platform or engaging our engineering services, you agree to these operational parameters. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure or services.

2. Service Execution & Liability

ProximaLink architects systems based on deterministic principles; however, the deployment environments operated by the client may introduce external variables. While we guarantee the structural integrity of the code and architecture we deliver, ProximaLink shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or operational downtime resulting from third-party system failures or unauthorized infrastructure modifications.

3. Intellectual Property

The ProximaCore suite, our underlying algorithms, and proprietary architectural blueprints remain the exclusive intellectual property of ProximaLink. Client-specific implementations and custom workflows generated during an engagement become the property of the client upon final settlement, subject to the specific Master Service Agreement.

4. Platform Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our platform and services for any entity attempting to degrade our systems, bypass security protocols, or violate these operational terms.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these operational parameters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
